Come down and bring your broken strands, your weak and your tired beads... we can help you find solutions for your problems.  We also do sterling silver repairs so bring them on for a free estimate on Tues,Wed,Thurs, or Saturday when Mary Ann is there.  We have a nice collection of cut stones to create custom designs or replace a lost stone.   Yes,we have Swarovski crystals too. 

Beads a Million (Retail Bricks and Mortar Store) has more quality stone beads than any shop in the Willamette Valley.  We did a lot of shopping at the Tuscon Gem and Jewelry Show and are still getting new stone and glass beads out as well as rocks, crystals and sterling beads and jewelry.  A BIG SALE  is coming April, 9, 10, on Jewelry, beads and home accessories....mark this on your calendar so you will not miss it.  It will save you lots of $ on supplies.  Read on..... and thanks for visiting our site.

     Potowatami Cube Bracelet  is our project for March 16, Tuesday, 6:00 to 8:30  $20.   Pictures of this new project are above or come see the example at the store. Supplies: One size 11, one size 15, one

    4x4 mm cubes and short bugles or any 4mm crystals or pearls or beads, needle, fireline and clasp.Call the store, 503-371-1343  We can send you a copy of materials needed. Class limited to 7.     Bronze Clay PROJECTS

     

    BRONZE CLAY CLASS: On  March 9th, Tues.night from 6:00 to 8:30, each person is given 50 grams of clay and a set of tools to work with and we learn to roll the clay, cut and form it into shapes and textures.  You will make about 4 to 8 items depending on the size and will learn about drying and filing your pieces.  The second  meeting on March 23, 6:00 to 8:30, you will learn how to sand, petina and burnish your bronze pieces.  This is a fun class.  Cost $39.00 including clay and firing.  Limited to 6.

    Bronze Clay Play:  Anyone who has taken a beginning Bronze or Copper clay class at Beads A Million can come on 6:00 to 8:30and play together.  You can use the molds, patina, dryers and swap ideas. Next clay-play is March 24, 6:00 TO 9:00Cost is $10 per person. Please call if you plan on coming.

     

     WIRE WRAPPING:  Learn the basics of wire wrapping a cabachon.  All supplies will be included. Tools are provided for youir use. Pick a lovely cabachon and wrap in sterling silver wire.  Date:  April 7, Wed 6:00 to 9:00.  Cost: $39.00 Class is limited to 4 people.     Antique Bronze Butterfly Bracelet: This fun bracelet is easy as long as you can hold a set of pliers.  It is a matter of bending and connecting the elements of filigree, chain, findings, beads and closures.  It is georgous!!!! Come and join in.  Cost of supplies is $23.00 and the class is $10.00 so- $33.00  all total.  We just sold one of these bracelets for $45.00 on Tuesday plus you can choose the beads you want.  April 22,Thurs 6:00 to 8:30.  Limited to 8 people.

    Beads 101:  A fun class to learn all the basics on how to make a beautiful bracelet and pair of earrings or a choker and earrings. It will teach you all the basics of component beading or how and why to string beads.  Ask all the questions you want because there are no silly questions in this class.  Cost is $20 with $8 in materials included. ( If you want to use expensive beads you will need to pay the diffenence.)  Next class- Wed April 21,6:00 to 8:30.  You must pre-register and pay for the class in advance.  This class is limited to the first 7 enrolled.

     

    All classes are offered on a first come first serve basis.  You are required to pay for classes before you are considered registered.  If you are signed up but not paid, you can be bumped out by some one who registers for the class and pays.  All cancellations or transfers must be done 24 hours in advance of class time.  This allows us enough time to cancell classes that do not met the minimum number of participants. This insures our instructors are not spending their gas or time for something they did not agree to. Please be responsible and notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or transfer your registration.Thank you.

We will be hosting some Trunk Shows in April so keep checking the website for info.  Several terriffic bead makers from the Pacific Northwest will be here to show you their latest creations. 

    On First Wednesday of every month, we will be open from 6:00 to 8:00p.m. to meet you and we are offering 15% off anything you find that you can't live without.
